HTTP 500 Internal Server Error server error response code indicates that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Looks like application is not reachable from F5 to Backened server. Have you configured correct backend port pool member.
neeeewbiethis is ssl forward proxy. so just decrypted and encrypted packet not change src,dst port
