Webtop with OWA portal HTTP 400 error

Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. I have a Webtop with OWA portal and this issue is consistant. When I select OWA a webpage open with "The webpage cannot be found HTTP 400" always on the first attempt. If I refresh the page OWA displays as usual or if I select OWA again from the Webtop again it works. This is very consistant, it always gives http 400 on the first attempt and is successful on the second. I don't really know enough about how to look at the logs yet. Thanks alot.
