I'm in the process of load balancing our webmail servers but I'm having issues with the webmail session timing out after 5 mins of being idle.

CirrostratusYep, the protocol profile idle timeout only affects the TCP connections. The persistence timeout affects the client being persisted to the same server and therefore the session being available.
