webacceleration profile only works on one website

we are rurring LTM v12 hotfix 3, and I am confused.....   have created a webacceleration profile using the standard one as base, changed very little, and applied it to a VIP. I can immediately see...

Possibly your first VIP eats up all ramcache resource (100MB per tmm core by default config), and there's nothing left for the other VIPs. Create a second webacceleration profile with the exact same configuration, and apply it to your second VS - do you see cache building up, or is the situation still the same?
