webacceleration profile only works on one website

we are rurring LTM v12 hotfix 3, and I am confused.....   have created a webacceleration profile using the standard one as base, changed very little, and applied it to a VIP. I can immediately see...

Hi Mike, you may need to check on ask.f5.com the profile doc to see when we do cache depending on you options, and tcpdump a little bit to see if server is not sending http headers disallowing cacheability.
