Just quick check before anything else. You didn't forget to enable SNAT or Automap by any chance ?

 

Your POOL status is green ? and the VS status also ?

 

And if this is all OK, can you do a tcpdump on the F5 while trying to access the virtual server

 

tcpdump -i any host
