WEB Application Firewall Installation Questionnaire

Hello

 

Is there any questionnaire for WAF Installation? I need to give that to my customer to fill and after that optimize and confiugure the WAF?

    Yes ,

     

    First you should know THE FOLLOWING:

     

    Type of Operating System (Windows , Unix, etc. ) Type of Web Server (Apache , ISS, etc ) Type the application language (PHP , ASP.NET , XML, LOTUS , etc. ) Type of application Database ( MySql , Oracle , Sybase , IBM DB2, etc )

     

    All this to quit false negatives on your policy ASM.

     

    With this data you can know that use Positive security model or negative.

    Is there any Document or questionnaire that can i download and use that? How about the other parameters like http/https connection per sec and etc. i need a sample questionnaire form to configure the ASM.
