way to list pools?

All the cronjob does is create a list of the pool names. The web page and rss feed you get are real time status of the members of the pools in the list of pool names. So unless you are creating and deleting pools constantly then the list is accurate. If you are doing a bunch of pool creation or deletion then you can rerun the script manually and it will update the list of pools for you and then the data will still be up to date.
