VMWare View Deployment

I'm not a VMWare guy, but I'm trying to configure load balancing for a new View 6 environment. After reading the guide, and looking at the newest iApp for View (1.4.0rc1), I have a few questions.

First, my environment needs to support both internal (trusted) and external (untrusted) clients. Both of these scenarios are documented and depicted in the deployment guide. We do not have APM licensed for this environment. I understand that for internal clients, connections will be load balanced directly to the Connection Servers. For external clients, connections are load balanced to Security Servers.

However, I don't see a way that I can configure both an internal and external virtual server using the iApp. The 'internal' virtual server options are ONLY available if I have APM provisioned (which I do not). I don't understand this. How can I use the iApp to deploy both internal and external instances of View without APM?
