Vlan FailSafe

If i will just enable a vlan fail safe in external interface.Does it will monitor all the interfaces or just external interface where i am going to enable a vlan fail safe.

You need enable vlan failsafe on each vlan.

Question: Does fail-safe by default enabled on F5? or you have to exclusively enable on each VLAN?
