Virtual server using a unique port, possible to do port rewrite?

I would like to know if it is possible to a port rewrite so that when users access the URL, they do not have to input the unique port number in the URL.

If you want to send all requests to 9483, you could create a VIP with port 9483 and assign a redirect iRule to 443 VIP.. Hope that make sense
