Hello I have defined a virtual server with this address: 192.168.1.0/24 any port Now, I want to define a more specific address for another virtual server. 192.168.1.1 TCP port 80. Would this work or mayo all the traffic will be sent to the first Virtual Server. Thanks

This would work, the VS precedence goes like this;
Higher precedence is based on IP address, not Service Port;
- IP Address::Service Port
<< your new VS - IP Address::*
- IP Network::Service Port
- IP Network::*
<< your existing VS - *::Service Port
- ::
- IP Address::Service Port
