This would work, the VS precedence goes like this;

Higher precedence is based on IP address, not Service Port;

  • IP Address::Service Port 
    << your new VS
  • IP Address::*
  • IP Network::Service Port
  • IP Network::* 
    << your existing VS
  • *::Service Port
  • ::
