Virtual IP to name resolution

Hi, Recently I added a pool and Virtual IP for one of our web url into BIG-IP version 12.1.2 Build 0.0.249 We are able to access the url using the IP address but not able to access using the name. ...

From the client machine, if you can't resolve the domain (dev2.oitssystem.com) to the IP address, you have a problem at the DNS level that needs to be sorted and not the F5, especially since you can directly access the IP address and get the relevant data.
