Virtual ip range
We have one interface in ext vlan, another interface in int vlan. The virtual ip range should be the internal vlan self ip range ?or we could create new vlan on switch and f5 , and put servers in this vlan , and use this ip range for virtual address? We can just have a route on the firewall(upstream device) for that new virtual ip subnet right ? Also,is it possible to have vip and virtual servers in complete different subnet ?

As long as you have proper connectivity, you can have VIP range from any of the VLANs. VS has VIP as a configurable attribute.
