Virtual Edition TMM vs vCPU
I have doubts about the relationship between TMM and vCPU, because in one environment the same amount of TMM corresponds to the number of vCPUs made available for a Virtual Appliance.
In my case, I have a Virtual Appliance (version 13.1.1) with 6 vCPUs, 10G of memory, but only 4 TMM are active as output below. I would like to understand this relationship better and if there is any problem.

I think in your case the reason is the license. However the version also changes how many vCPUs you get and also if TMM uses threads, but the last mainly impacts how you see the memory.

each tmm requires at least 2 Gb or RAM. You need to increase RAM up to 12 Gb 1st
