VIPRION : Moving from a Single slot vcmp guest to multi slot or All slots vcmp

Hi all, We have vcmp guests configured on only Blade/Slot 1. The resources on Blade 1 is low and we have second blade available on the same chassis. We want to change the resource allocation for the vcmp guest from being on one slot/blade to multiple slots/blade which should provide more resource to allocate.

 

Is there an document or procedure we can follow to re-provision the vcmp slots from Single slot to Multi slot Vcmp Guests.

 

These vcmp guest are currently in production

    You need to shutdown your guest and move it to configured state. In the guest config allocate necessary resourced and then move the guest into deploy state.

     

    All other action will be taken by your viprion. Be sure that you have trunk/trunks across the blades and necessary vlans are assigned.
