VIPRION - FailsafeFault (vCMP) - HELP

Hello Guys, Can someone help me with a problem I'm having with a Viprion 2400.

 

I have two viprions with 4 vCMP, but one of them is with a message of: Slot 1 Failsafe Fault (/S1-yellow-P:Failsafe Fault)

 

I have already done the Pool settings for the failsafe of the Vlans I am applying; I have already configured the HA Failsafe Gateway; The box make sync but the message does not disappear. I'm using version 12.1.1 build 1.0.196 Has anyone had any problems of this type and solved without having to envolve support?
