I want to make F5 LTM as a reverse proxy.External url should rewrite to internal URL with addition single sign on method enabled using APM module.

EmployeeAn SSO can be assigned directly to the portal resource. Not sure exactly what you mean by "specific AD authenication server to authenicate and any specific certificate". Client access to the portal can be anything you want, like client certificate. One thing you do have to mindful of is that all of the SSO methods will get their SSO inputs from whatever is collected in this client side authentication.
