NimbostratusVIP showing down
I have configured pool members and that has been called in VIP unnder irule.but i can see the VIP status is down.will the traffic go to my configured server in this condition?

MVPnope, if a virtual server is down (red diamond in front of it) it won't handle traffic. so make sure it isn't flagged as down.
