VIp issue

I configured my vip on https and pool members are listen on 443.But i am not able to telnet from client to vip I am getting the connection closed.but when i do telnet from my f5 to server .it connects but when i ran tcpdump and captured pcap file i see in each and every packet (ethernet frame check sequence packet incorrect. The connection is not working .Please assist
