VIP configuration

Hi,

 

Pls. Suggest how we can configure VIP below diaram on port 2500.

 

1.Two masters VIPs myitsupport and midtier VIPs that having backend servers. 2.after that we have one VIP on port 2500 that need to be configured and we tried to configure but its not working.
