vcmp upgrade issue

Hello

 

my hardware : Viprion 2400 + 2 blades B2250 a fully configured guest is running version 11.2.1 i imported and installed image 12.1.3 when i boot to that version , the config is lost ? no vips, no node, no pool .... when i return back to 11.2.1, the config is available again ?

 

any idea what i m doing wrong ? thank you
