vCMP Guest Status List is empty

Dear Experts,

I have vCMP host and guest setup, in one environment vCMP host is running with 14.1.2 build 0.0.37 and in other environment vCMP host is running with 14.1.2.3. I have few guests deployed in the both environments.

However, guest status list reflects no details, it is empty.

If I navigate to "vCMP  ››  Guest List" I could see all the deployed guests here however there is no information @ "vCMP  ››  Guest Status".

I attempted to verify the status through CLI and got no output at all.

your expert suggestion would be highly appreciated.
