/var/log/ltm is 0bytes

I have a pair of LTM's that I just upgraded from 9.3.1->10.0.1 that have 0byte /var/log/ltm log files. How can I get this file populating again? Restarting syslog-ng did nothing.     Than...

It looks like a "b load" caused the log to start populating again. No custom syslog-ng config.
