/var/lib/mysql @ 100%

    I believe this solved my problem. https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K23345645

     

    After I compressed the VAR, i rebooted the unit with bigstart restart afterwards /var/lib/mysql is @ 9%

     

    Not quite sure which solved which. Now it has been 2 days and this is the result of my df -h
