UTF-8 coded string coming back from radius server not showing properly
I am runing BIG-IP 12.1.2 Build 0.93.249 Engineering Hotfix version. I have issue with UTF-8 encoding. The radius server is sending second-factor security question in UTF-8 format in the regional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Dutch, Chinese, Russian) etc. However regional languages strings are coming as zurbish. I can see the string properly in the tcpdump on F5 monitoring traffic coming from radius server .
The same radius server is showing UTF-8 encoding properly on my other F5 running BIG-IP 11.5.3 Build 2.0.196 Hotfix HF2 version.
I don't know if it is bug or some configuration issue. Please guide. Appreciated.

I also noticed this in the v.12.0.0, when I've set up the MFA two-factor. For me, the messages was appearing like "0x5061726120636f..........." instead of the hexadecimal chars converted. I did not have time to check the cause, but, by removing the multi-lingual characters (á,é,í,ç, ...) on the MFA messages, it worked. This is not a solution, but that's what I was able to do.

yes. They are coming as hexadecimal chars. I can't remove the multi-lingual characters. They are user selected questions and answers.
