using http payload to query content

I have problem using http payload to query content in some page. My intention is to use stream expression to manipulate content inside the page, but before that i tried to query and log the content first.

 

In some static page http payload working as I can log page content including html tag, but the problem when I try some page with ajax or i don't know what they're using in their page for example like facebook or google page, I cannot query the content to log and even I cannot use stream expression to change content.

 

 

Is there any way to query content for some page like that? or should I use any other method to do that?
