page cannot be displayed when user trying to access SP portal. SP initiated connection. user getting the error and stuck at https://xxxxxxxxx.idp.com/saml/idp/profile/rederictorpost/sso ...
only few users .. Others can use with no issues ... What is the issue here checked authentication , works fine .. no issue with authentication.

some questions, your IDP is use for several application?
More when some user fail their request on https://xxxxxxxxx.idp.com/saml/idp/profile/rederictorpost/sso, is a post or request?
Las point it's from internal or external?
