User account for specific LTM partition

Hi, I deployed F5 LTM Viprion with soft version 12.1.2. I configured Route Domains, each route domain belong to a specific partiton. I would like to create admin account for each partiton. How can I proceed ? Manage role can't administrate vlans, Selfip, Acceleration profiles ... Also, can I assign multiple role to the same user ?
