Use iControl REST to load WSDL and XSD file

Does anyone know how to use iControl REST to load a WSDL file and all of the schema (XSD) files that are imports in that WSDL file? I can see from the documentation how to load the WSDL, but how do you associate all of the necessary schema files? We have a WSDL file that has the service and another that has the operations. Then we have many XSD files that contain all of the types used in the operations. We are loading the WSDLs for validation.
