Nov 29, 2018The simplest configuration would look something like this:
- Define a system default route (0.0.0.0/0, gateway IP)

Wildcard forwarding VIP
- Protocol: whatever you need here
- Source: 0.0.0.0/0
- Destination: 0.0.0.0/0
- Port: 0
- VLAN and tunnel traffic: client-facing VLAN
- Source address translation: disabled
- Address/port translation: disabled
This VIP has the effect of listening to all traffic, maintaining true source and destination in the packet, and forwarding to the system route. Traffic routes to the BIG-IP via the client-facing VLAN self-IP.
