URL not loading - CORS issue?

Hi everyone

 

I hope someone can help me with this. We have a web service which works absolutely fine internally, but the website doesn't load when users attempt to access externally. Please see attachment that shows the error page - I've blanked out the page but let's say URL is https://next-discover.blade.com.

 

I've had a look at the Security Profiles settings and the HTML5 CORS settings but to no avail. Does anyone know what I can do in order to access this site please?

    Hi balcee,

    I would suggest comparing the HTTP headers your clients send/receive when they are inside and outside.

    By the way, when you access it internally do you cross the same F5 virtual server?

      Many thanks for your reply Mike. Internally, I wouldn't go via the F5. Would I need create a specific iRule for this access from external?
