Upgrading BIGIP from 11.5.0 to 11.5.0.0.0.221

Where can I find the instructions for upgrading BIGIP 11.5.0 active-standyby systems utilizing patch 11.5.0.0.0.221.iso.

 

Also, the instuctions for the hotfix-BIGIP-11.5.0.2.0.231-HF2.iso
