Upgrading BIGIP 2000S to R2600
license surely you have to install it manually as f5 license is per hardware.
layer 1,2,3 config such as vlan and self/floating ip must be done manually too.
option1: for upper layer config, you can try to create a new synconly device group in old hwm set new hw to join it, then push sync from old hw to new hw.
i'm not sure it will sync the config due to different hw type but you can try.
option2: for manual method, you can copy output of "tmsh list ltm" of old hw then paste it into tmsh of new hw.
also do for gtm/asm module if you have it in old hw.
this wont copy the ssl key/cert so you have to configure it using same names before the first tmsh pasting above.
