No, that will just install 10.2.4 to a new partition, HD1.2 that you specified in the command. 9.4.8 will continue to exist in HD1.1 and you can boot back into it from 10.2.4 whenever you like. No configurations will be lost. You may encounter issues getting the configuration to load on v10.2.4 however. Some manual configuration modifications may be needed to get it to work in v10.
