Upgrade from v10.2.4 to v12.0.0, no configuration migrates across
Hi. I want to upgrade an LTM-VE running v10.2.4 HF10 to v12.0.0 so I install the v12.0.0 image onto an available HDD and boot into that HDD, but none of the configuration is present when the system boots into v12.0.0 - no nodes, no pools, no virtual servers, no monitors, no iRules. The network configuration migrates across but nothing else. I have relicensed the v12.0.0 instance with the new license code successfully. If I then reboot back into v10.2.4, the configuration is present again.
I have performed two other LTM-VE upgrades successfully without issues, just this one is causing issues. We use a partition other than Common and I have noticed that the other two units have specific bigip.conf files in the respective /config/partitions/ directory but this unit does not have one - this is confirmed in the QKView upload
Does anyone have any ideas please?

Did you use the 'Install Configuration' option and selected the right volume to import and convert the configuration from when using the boot location? See:
You can also check the liveinstall.log at: /var/log/liveinstall.log for warning/errors during upgrade. And check if the configuration is fully loaded:
tmsh show sys mcp-stateIf the configuration is not fully loaded, check why:
tmsh load sys config
