Upgrade 11.4.1 to 11.6. hf1

Hi, I tried to upgrade a bigip 7200 box from 11.4.1 to 11.6.0 and have no success. The system was inoperative and I received messages about config fails and license expired. anyone had this problem? I do not find anything in the release notes on some step forward.
