Hi, i saw some throughput numbers for bigip platform + WAM in previous post, will help me to obtain a updated (if exist) list of performance / throughput for:
1600 + WAM
3600 + WAM
6400 + WAM
6800 + WAM
6900 + WAM
8400 + WAM
8800 + WAM
¿ 8900 + WAM ?
Thanks and regards,

- Emilio_Torres_2Historic F5 AccountAnother point, this throughput values depends of the TMOS version?
- Throughput and requests per second vary based on a wide number of factors including the platform, build, and most importantly application specifics. Some of the application specifics include the number of first time visits vs repeat visits, how much of the content is cacheable, how much of the content needs to be proxied or refreshed on a regular basis, and what is the size of the content. For a site that serves large objects the throughput will be higher and the requests per second will be lower. For a site that has lots of small objects the requests per second will be higher and the throughput will be lower. It is very difficult to provide numbers without additional information on the application.
- Emilio_Torres_2Historic F5 AccountThanks for your quick response dparzych, i understand your point about that all depends of the application behavior, but there is not exists some "nominal" or lab statistics?, This references exist for the LTM and other products, exist for WAM / WA standalone?, because if we not have this standard or base reference, how can sizing WAM ?
