Jan 22, 2009Unruly Health Monitor
This been a thorn in my side for weeks now...
Trying to get a HTTP monitor to do a simple "GET /ms/alive.txt HTTP/1.1 \nHOST:\n" with a Receive Value of "Alive!"
The link is reachable from the browser so I know there are no typo's with it.
Any advice on how to get this to work?? I'm stumped!!
Thanks.

Here is some interesting findings..
The same monitor that was tested (successfully) in 4.5.14, failed when it was implemented into production (4.6.4).
The monitor for some reason fails when the receive string is in place. But if the receive rule is removed, Big-IP reports it UP.
Send String: "GET /ms/alive.txt HTTP/1.1\nHost: \nConnection: Close\n"
Receive Rule: "Alive.txt"
