Unequal load balance in activesync pool

Hi guys,

 

I have an issue regarding load balancer for an activesync pool: traffic is not equal distributed between pool members. Load balancing method is least connection per member and VIP is not configured with iApps but configuration is similar to the template from F5 deployment guide. For my VIP I'm using iRule for combined http persistence and for for activesync persistence is set to source_addr. Recently I discovered that customer has 29 relay servers that are connecting to activesync service and they have around 300 active connections to VIP and continuous traffic flow. Based on the persistence source_addr and this amount of traffic should be an issue with traffic distribution? Maybe i have to choose different persistence? Device version is 12.1.1 HF 1.

    If you're also using a oneconnect profile, try removing it.

     

    Did you try using just least connection without persistence? If persistence is not needed, you can try this.
