Unable to SSH into self IP's only management port
I have stood up an LTM VE in vSphere with 4 nics enabled (management, internal, external and HA). After deploying and assigning vlans and selfIPs, i am able to ping the self IP on the 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 interfaces but cannot SSH.
I have checked in the system -> platform and SSH access is set to "enabled" and ssh IP allow is "* all addresses".
I setup 2 other virtual LTMs with no issues but this one doesnt want to seem to work correctly. I have even created a new LTM from scratch with different IP's and have the same result. I am not sure what could be allowing PING but not other communication. From the VMware side the machines are on the same host connected to the same switches so I dont believe it to be a vmware networking issue.

How are the port lockdown settings configured at these interfaces? See:
