Unable to open the application via storefront after successful integration with F5

I'm having the same issue in launching applications through storefront from external network but not internal.

 

I have modified http profile by removing "request header insert" to make it work internally.

 

Yes, ICA client connects directly to the citrix servers after authentication but when launching application client will still communicate through F5 to get the ICA file. And Packet capture didn't help much as it is not denying anything on it.
