Unable to connect GUI of BIGIP 1500 GTM, but able to cli via ssh

We have Bigip 1500 GTM 10.2 Version, we are able to ssh but not able to connect via GUI, sometimes its getting connected and sometimes its cant. Its under production inacse of any tshoot we required ...
