Two-Factor Authentication BigIP Web and Terminal Access
Does anyone know of a way to implement two-factor authentication for access to the BigIP’s web and terminal interfaces? I’m receiving hints that two-factor authentication will soon become a requirement for all administrative functions in my organization. Also, I’d rather not setup virtual servers and pools to have different BigIPs supply two-factor for each other.

What sort of two-factor authentication are you referring to? Work is being done to enable broader support for PKI (client cert) to the management GUI, but you can always put an APM VIP (on the same box) in front of management to provide any number of two-factor options.

I am interested in this as well. Native support for F5 LTM Management access without the need doe APM would be desirable. Specifically as a Federal Government customer, we have a requirement for Smart Card logon for any elevated system administration.
