Troubleshooting help. Telnet to VIP works but no response from backend server
@Hello All,
Need a troubleshooting help here.
We have configured a VIP:443 with a single backend server (x.x.x.x:80). Monitor has been configured which gets a specific response from a webpage which is placed in a folder (/infras/test1.html) on the server. The webpage returns 200 OK to the monitors so the pool and VIP are UP.
SSL offloading has been done and SNAT has been configured. XFF configured. No persistence.
When the customer does a telnet to VIP:443, it works, but while accessing the url with the backend server monitor page (https://xxx.yyy.corpinta.net/infras/test1.html) returns a "The page cannot be displayed" error.
Firewall access is cleared and VIP has been configured as requested. Please help me how to troubleshoot this issue.
Best Regards
Siva

Can you check if the address and port translation is enabled on the virtual server?
