Transfer certificates from server to LTM

Is there a way to import/move SSL certiicates from backend servers and use them as clientssl profiles or do you have to start all over and create a new CSR from the desired LTM for each VIP > have it...

You can import them. Navigate to Local Traffic -> SSL Certificate List, and click Import, then select your file. You can import separate certificate/key files, or a PKCS12.
