TMSH script to pull URL and destination IP and port out

I am looking for a quick TMSH script to run to list out my URLs with their destination IP and destination port. This shouldn't be that hard but I am having trouble getting the three things together. Thanks Joe

    Can you give an example of for any one VS/URL/IP/Port ? I am not following your question.
