TMSH location? Factory defaults procedure on F5 Big-IP 3600?

I have several F5 Big-IP 3600 systems that I need to reset to factory defaults. In my reading it appears that I will need the tmsh utility. Where can I download this utility? And is that the only way to reset the units to factory defaults?

    The following command will do what you need to do 

    tmsh load sys config default

    This relods the default config. You don’t needs to download tmsh, it’s the default command line shell that you use to configure the device
