I am trying to create one script for device status. Could you please provide me critical tmsh commands to check device status/troubleshoot device related issues. we are using V11.5

the following is a good point to start at tmsh show sys hardware summarize the main HW Information
show sys tmm-info view of the TMM CPU Utilization
show sys memory view of the Memory utilization
everything hardware related since you did not told us what you want to know

If you are looking for device specific commands, you can use
command reference. You can refer the tmsh guide for 11.5 version (Page 71).show /sysI would say you can start with memory, cpu, failover etc.
